Phi Phi the Photographer
Disney Parks original characters are becoming few and far between. Ones you can meet in the park are even less common. But in 2012 Disney California Adventure added several new park exclusive characters called the Citizens of Buena Vista Street.
One of these was Phi Phi the photographer.
Phi Phi is the photographer for the Buena Vista Bugle and can be found throughout the afternoon wandering and taking pictures for the next edition of the newspaper.
She is very outgoing and if no one is talking to her she has been known to pull guests aside to talk to them and even take photos of them with her vintage camera.
