Saddness
Inside Out currently has a meet and greet inside Epcot but its history with the park goes even further than that.
Inside Out was actually inspired by a previous Epcot Center attraction Cranium Command, so we now have meet and greet characters inspired by Epcot rides inside Epcot.
One of these characters is Sadness.
Sadness is the embodiment of all things sad. She is the polar opposite of Joy but they work well together and meet together at Epcot.
She can occasionally be found in parades and shows at Disneyland Resort, but never as a meet and greet character outside of special events.
