Cruella De Vil
The Disney Villians have always been popular, but few of them are readily available in the parks. One of the few that is, Cruella De Vil.
The evil fashion mogul is a regular character at Disneyland, normally hanging out near the Disneyland Firehouse looking for puppies to make into her newest coat.
She can have an organized line, but normally does not and is usually just roaming the town square section of Main Street USA.
If it is raining or too hot she will still meet guests, just inside the Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln building instead of outside.
